Course Outline
This course digs into the oft-discussed but just as often misunderstood topic of volatility. As we know from the Prices & Pricing mini-course, volatility is one of the two most important drivers of option prices. Trying to invest with options without a thorough understanding of volatility is like showing up to a knife fight holding a banana.
Course Goal:
Understand volatility from a practical and theoretical standpoint and become acquainted with VIX trading and advanced volatility strategies.
